HOW DOES PLACING AN ORDER WORK?

After you fill out an inquiry form, an invoice will be emailed to you to complete. Once payment is received, your order is confirmed! All communication about your order will be sent via email.

What’s your cancellation policy?

A 75% refund is provided for any order cancelled after confirmation. Orders cancelled less than 48 hours before the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling to a new delivery date will incur an additional $100 fee.

Local delivery is within 10 miles from Wilmington, Delaware -19805. Below is a list of accepted zip codes:

Our delivery fee is $10.

What time is delivery?

ROONI is a small business — our schedule is always changing, so we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Typically, deliveries are made between 12pm-5pm EST.

How long do the flowers last?

Flowers offer lessons in embracing + enjoying the beauty of impermanence. At ROONI, flowers are received, processed + designed with the upmost care. Once the delivery is made, flower care is out of our hands. Depending on the season, temperatures + water conditions, flowers can last anywhere from 3-7 days.

Here are a few tips!

• Keep flowers out of direct sunlight + away from any hot or cold drafts

• Refresh their water daily

• Remove any flowers that have died to avoid rotting

When is the latest an order can be placed?

Orders can be received 48 hours before the requested delivery date.
